Clonazepam(anti-anxiety) 1 mg, 3 times a day, every 4 hours, 11am, 3pm, 7pm
Omega 3 and 6(lipids controller, mood enhancer) 2000 mg morning and at bedtime.
Multivitamin(Target Brand for adults over 50 years old) morning.
Vitamins C(chewable) 500 mg, morning and at bedtime.
Calcium and Vitamin D(chewable) 630 mg, morning and at bedtime.
My meds usually need adjusting once a month or more because I have rapid cycling of my moods. Thats the kind of bipolar I have.
