As already mentioned previously there have been various publications and price lists etc. circulating at FHD with the details of what illegally copied Console Games, Software, latest videos, Video and Audio CD-ROMs were available for purchase. I was given couple of price lists by one of the FHD tutors who must have overheard me talking about the Console Games that I wanted to buy for my children.
This page mainly concerns the illegally copied software and I believe it is easy to establish to whom the original was initially sold and how it got onto the CD-ROMs at FHD.
The following software is on the two CD-ROMs from FHD which have been introduced to Lewisham College representatives.

Instead of taking the matter seriously they told me that I had no proof that software was from FHD and that those from FHD would deny any knowledge of it!
How could they come to a such conclusion?
On what basis?
Are they colluding with FHD in a cover-up?
There is much more stuff on the lists together with Console Games which students were buying for £5 per copy.
When I told about this to Vice Principal - Geoff Sorrell and New Deal Programme Director - Jennifer Small they again kept saying that there was no proof that those Console Games were illegal copies.
I've been asking them for over six months to conduct an Investigation and talk to the students and they haven't done any of it. All they have done has been to present me with the Statement from FHD's Training Manager Simon Keeping who himself should have been under the investigation for allowing such practices and illegal activities to take place under his supervision.
Had they, Lewisham College and Jobcentre Plus - Sidcup conducted full and proper investigation they would have found plenty of evidence themselves, and I wouldn't have to go go through all this.
I am not supposed to play a policeman but Lewisham College, FHD and Jobcentre Plus are supposed to make sure that there are decent educational and other standards.
