Wrights Railroad Bridge (1906)
NH # 58
One of my favorite bridges because it is located deep within the  woods and all you can hear is the sound of the water gently flowing under  the bridge.
This Railroad bridge was built by Boston & Maine Railroad and is located on the abandoned Concord and Claremont RR line.  Today the RR route serves as a hiking, horse, and motorcycle trail.
The double Town-Pratt lattice truss bridge is reinforced with laminated arches.  The roof is made of aluminum with upainted and weathered exterior planks to enclose each side of the bridge. This bridge is located off of Chandler Mills Road ~ 7/10 miles past the Pier RR Bridge. Look for an orange metal fence.  The Pier and Wright bridges are noted with NH typical brown bridge signs.
