Brad is a distant cousin of the late, great Brian Pillman. Though they were never close as family members, Brad was not afraid to adopt a style similar to his famous cousin. But seeing what the life did to his cousin, Brad made sure to learn plenty of mat-based wrestling moves and sober lifestyle to keep his longevity.
