7xxxx Vehicles and Machinery

71711Solar Electric Panels A standard source of energy, especially in place. As colonies grow more and more are exported to the frontier markers. Even after installation, they are vulnerable to damage, so there is a steady flow of new panels from the factories. Universal utility makes them a workable speculative cargo. Buy from Manufacturers, Sell to Retailers, Corporations, and Government Agencies.

Base Unit: Pallet, 1 ton

Typical Annual Market: Base x (SCI/MED%+SPACE%+ADMIN%) x wealth mod x 2 pallets .

Market Volatility: Moderate

71877 Nuclear Fuel Elements This also includes nuclear materials for medical and scientific purposes. Nuclear Elements come packed in their heavily armored pallets and the wise trader makes sure they stay there. Transport of Nuclear Fuel Elements may require special inspections, permits, licenses, etc, and

when arriving at a port, local authorities usually like to be told if you have a hold full of the stuff. Rarely a speculative cargo, most frequently obtained from specialized manufacturers, and transported to power agencies, energy producers, labs, and hospitals. (Labs and Hospitals will never take more than 1 pallet at a time, but often a special agency will handle all the material being used in one area and concentrate the demand. People looking to transport this stuff will look hard at a freighter's reputation, abilities, and insurance.

Base Unit: Pallet, 6 tons

Typical Annual Market: Base x (SPACE% + MISC%) x (wealth mod x 2) x 2 pallets .

Market Volatility: Moderate

Typical Annual Source: Base x(SPACE%+IND%) x 10 pallets, x 2d10, (a random number to represent the relative strength of the Nuclear Power industry, which can instead be set by the game master)

72110 Farm Machinery 72220 Non-Self propelled Farm Machinery. The general Farm machinery category covers tractors, combines, harvesters, and implements that are vehicles in their own right. The Non-Self propelled category includes trailer mounted devices, as well as equipment that is typically immobile, such as milking machines. All are shipped in half container or full container units, and are considered vehicle cargos. Buyers will be farms and farm co-ops and dealers, sellers will be specialized manufacturers. This machinery is often very specialized, and therefore a speculative trader is advised to know his machinery well and seek out specific information on the agricultural processes at his intended market. It does no good to show up with harvesters for grain when the local market is full of fruit orchards.

Base Unit: Unit, either half-Container 12 tons, or full container 25 tons size. A unit will be 50-50 either way.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (AG%) x Wealth Mod x .5 Units. Scores less than 1 equal a percent chance of needing new machinery this year.

Market Volatility: High

72188 Apiary Supplies Definitely one of those "Special Cargos" the Free Traders hear so much about. 50% of pallets contain hives with live bees. These have been drugged so as to remain less active, but are still alive. They need standard atmospheric conditions and occasional monitoring, feeding, and re-applications of gas to survive lengthy voyages. Buyers are farms, farm co-ops, and agencies that support farms. Sellers are other farms, or on occasion specialized apiarist suppliers.

Base Unit: 1/4 Pallet Shipping Crate. Crate = .2 tons

Typical Annual Market:. Base-3 * AG% * 4 crates

Market Volatility: Moderate

Typical Annual Source: Base *10 * AG% * 1d10 Crates

72441 Textile Related Machinery Machines that spin, card, weave, sew, trim, cut, etc, etc, etc. Bought mostly by the clothing industry, and supplied by the industrial machinery factories. As with many highly specialized types of equipment, generally ordered, and a poor speculative cargo. Manufacturers appreciate any help the trader provides in rounding up orders, though. Small numbers of pallets represent parts or attachments or accessories. In any group of pallets over 4, each goup of 4-8 pallets may represent (50%) one machine that may not be taken apart, and must be moved as a single multiple pallet unit. If the market is for less than 4 pallets, it is 10% likely that they actually need one of these bigger machines instead.

Base Unit: Pallet. 2 tons per pallet.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (IND%) x 2 x 1d10 Pallets. The variable will represent the size of the local textile industry. Increase pallets if textile industry is undergoing extraction, decrease if contracting. May be selected by the game master

73591 Metal or Synthetic working tools, dies, etc. 73595 Industrial Molds Buyers of either cargo type are factories, sellers are factories that make stuff for factories. As such, this is almost never suitable for speculative cargo- it's usually something ordered for a specific need or plan. Metal working tool manufacturers, however, will frequently look to small shippers to augment sales by aggressively seeking orders as they make their rounds

Base Unit: Pallet. 4 tons per pallet.

74187 Mobile Food Service Units, Non-Self Propelled Typically, trailer mounted or pushcart mobile kitchens, barbecues, freezers, or grills or other such portable food preparation devices. Popular with small scale entrepreneurs in urban areas- the ubiquitous food carts. Occasionally these will be ordered by military agencies, or foundations, corporations, and agencies that have to regularly feed a work force in a remote area. Suppliers are rare and specialized, and purchases also uncommon. There is a gray area between these items and some of the more "heavy duty" residential outdoor cooking equipment. Sellers would be dealers and manufacturers.

74199 Autobars Robotic devices designed to mix and serve a variety of beverages, generally alcohol based. Autobars need to be periodically restocked, and that can create repeat business for the Trader. Autobar demand is subject to cultural restrictions. Like many types of specialized machinery, the Autobar is available in a wide variety of models, with different features and appearances. The Trader should be an

astute buyer and seller, especially if this is to be speculative cargo. Sellers are dealers and manufacturers, buyers are retailers, dealers, corporations, organizations, and sometimes individuals.

74270 Pumps and Compressors Rather heavy pieces of equipment designed to move fluids, either liquid or gas. Heavy duty pumps are at the heart of water supply systems in every civilized place. These devices are usually specific in design so they make poor speculative cargos. There are a steady flow of orders from customers, who include agencies and corporations, especially industries and utilities, to suppliers, who are manufacturers. Pumps and compressors are very variable in size. Small portable units are 1 pallet, (30% of cargo) or two pallets (30% of cargo). Industrial pumps are of 3-6 pallet (25% of cargo or 1/2 container size (10% of cargo). Massive infrastructure pumps take a full container, Single units of multiple pallet size cannot be broken down- they must always be moved as single item. The larger end units of this type of cargo are big elements of infrastructure treated as vehicle cargos. They are ordered for a specific project, and when one has to be replaced, the replacement unit is bound to be a high priority cargo. Pumps and compressors are hefty chunks of metal (but hollow, hence the low density). Like many metal castings, orbital factories will produce a good percentage of them, avoiding the need to lift them out of a gravity well.

Base Unit:, Pallet, 2 tons per pallet.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (SERV+AG+IND%) x 3 Pallets, more during periods of infrastructure construction

Market Volatility: High

Typical Quarterly Source: Base-10 x (IND%) x d10 x 10 Pallets the variable representing the strength of the Machinery industry. This variable may be chosen by the game master.

Source Volatility: Moderate

74371 Desalinization equipment. 74372 Mobile Desalinization Equipment This equipment will be useful only in water short areas with salty seas. There is no regular market. Machinery of this type is ordered on a need basis, when a new desalinization plant is built or an old one replaced or upgraded. Likewise, there is no regular source- suppliers are specialized manufacturers who will usually build desalinization equipment on as-needed basis. That being said, no manufacturer would have any objection to a trader with the right connections trying to drum up business, and will make it worth that trader's while. The mobile version is truck or trailer mounted and is a vehicular cargo. These are rare, but are used in frontier areas to provide water to explorers or military units deployed away from civilized areas.

Base Unit: Container, 50 tons, Pallet, 2 tons. Or 1 Container Equivalent (Mobile type) 20 tons.

Typical Annual Market: Very rare, will be ordered as needed, a container or two at a time.

Source Volatility: Moderate

74470 Conveyance machinery Generally, large fixed machinery designed to move people or things from one place to another. Installed at buldings, at freight handling facilites, and aboard ships including starships. Conveyance machinery is almost always ordered for a specific use, and systems are customized. It is considered a vehicle cargo, as it is not packed in containers, but it is not self propelled and is notoriously bulky and unwieldy. An exception is conveyance machinery bult for the mining and construction industries, which is often trailer mounted and portable. Example of conveyance machinery include move slideways, escalators, conveyor belts and other machines.

Base Unit: Unit, 1 container equivalent 70%, 1.5 container equivalent (20%) or 2-4 container equivalent, (10%) 15 tons per container equivalent, 25% empty..

76100 Consumer electronics , The home television, audio/visual recording systems, and the home stereo system have merged to become one home computer/entertainment system. Not the computer, though. It has stayed independent, although it is generally connected to the home entertainment system, and runs it. It's a matter of priority. With the entertainment systems, the priority has always been quality of picture and sound, with the computer, it has been speed and memory. This distinction have kept the two as separate but linked components. This class is the entertainment side of the house. Consumer electronics are sold to retailers, and on occasion, to organizations. Suppliers are manufacturers.

Source Volatility: Moderate

Special Instructions: Be sure all pressurized systems are bled and left open prior to exposure to vaccuum.

76830 Collapsed Shipping Containers Due to imbalances in the type and volume of shipping, shipping containers (here containers means containers and pallets) will often accumulate at one point and be in short supply at another point. Typically, this is not a job for a small freighter. There is little money in it, and the shipping back of empty containers is not a high priority, so they tend to go on the big bulk carriers. Still, there are times when shipping containers are urgently needed somewhere. This may be because a local industry has found itself with an unexpected increase in orders and production, and needs to react. Or, perhaps a new start up industry is trying to establish itself. Also, from time to tome, shipping containers need to be replaced, so new ones are shipped from specialist factories. A pallet of shipping pallets contains 10 pallets, a container of shipping containers has 10 containers or 360 pallets. (unlike shipping in the 20th century, a pallet refers to not only the carrying tray, but the generally rigid walled protective crate)

Base Unit: Pallet. 30 tons per Container. (with 360 empty pallets)

Typical Annual Market: Base x TRAN% x 1 Containers x 2d10

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base*IND%*2 New Containers, Base x TRAN% x 2d10 Containers old containers.

77400 Medical Diagnostic Imaging Systems Largish contraptions designed to provide in depth information about the workings of a living body. Not really useful for a speculative cargo. Like many very specialized pieces of machinery, this will be ordered by buyers as needed. Buyers are hospitals and other organizations with major medical capabilities. Suppliers are manufacturers. Also as with other very specialized products, the manufacturers do appreciate it when traders act as salesmen and field reps and bring in orders. A trader should have a good knowledge of the equipment to do this.

Base Unit: Pallet. 2 tons per pallet

Typical Annual Market: Base x (MED/SCI%) x 3 Pallet.

Market Volatility: High

Source Volatility: Moderate

78120 Passenger Cars These are the everyday, privately owned vehicles used by millions for their daily transport needs. Their near-universal use and regular demand makes them a workable speculative cargo. Next to a home, this is the largest thing the average person owns, so passenger cars make up a large portion of cargo transport. Buyers are retailers, or organizations maintaining fleets of cars. Sellers are dealers and manufacturers.

78223 Portable Drilling Rig 72341 Pile Drivers. Mobile Drilling Rigs are hauled out to worlds where prospectors need deep samples, or where water must be obtained from the depths. This is a vehicle cargo, and consists of a prime mover/support vehicle and a large towed rig trailer. They will be in demand in areas where water is in need, and is underground, or where they are needed to support mining operations, otherwise they are brought in on an as need basis by prospectors. Pile drivers are essentially giant hammers designed to knock big solid poles into the ground to stabilize constructions. They are similar, from the cargo master's point of view. Sources of both are specialized manufacturers. Pile drivers are sold to developers, drill rigs to prospectors, drilling companies, mining companies, and occasionally farms.

Base Unit: 1 Rig, 3 container equivalents 60 tons 20% empty

Typical Annual Market, Drilling Rigs: : Special, as needed basis only, plus, on worlds where drilling for water is common, Base x AG% OR MIN%x .25 Rigs. If less than 1, market size represents % chance that the planet needs a new drilling rig that year.

78321 Trucks, Semi-Trailer. 78322 Trucks, van. Standard wheeled heavy cargo transports. Semi-trailer Consists of tractor/Trailer combinations. trailers are normally collapsed and stacked. Each is a 1/2 container equivalent, and 2 are normally stacked on 1 so that all three can be moved at once, 1 container equivalent on one trailer. The tractor components are also 1/2 container equivalents. The van truck does not have a detachable trailer section, and carries much less cargo (less than half a container) and is typically used as a local delivery truck, or as a tactical truck in the military. Buyers are dealers, and organizations that handle a lot of road transport. Sellers are manufacturers and dealers.

Base Unit: Vehicle, 1 trailer (1/2 container = 7 tons) and one tractor (1/2 trailer = 5 tons) 20% empty or 1 truck=1 container. 40% empty.

Typical Annual Market: Base*(TRAN%) x.2 Trucks x 1d10 60% of orders will be for van trucks.

Market Volatility: High

78510 Motorcycles. Includes Motor Scooters and other 2 wheeled motorized vehicles. Generally shipped partly un-assembled in pallets. A good speculative cargo. Motorcycles are bought by dealers and organizations (such a s military and police) that maintain fleets of motorcycles. Sources are manufacturers. Not popular in places with inhospitable atmospheres. Motorcycles are transported in special quadruple pallets that hold 5 motorcycles each. Alternatively, they may be driven aboard as a vehicle but they will not be as efficient. In this case, 20 Motorcycles makes a Container Equivalent.

Base Unit: 5 Motorcycle Quad pallet. 2 tons

Typical Annual Market: Base x Wealth Mod x 2 Motorcycles. (Adjusted depending on local preference for motorcycles)

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base -4 x (IND%) x d10 x 5 Motorcycles, the variable representing the strength of the Motorcycle industry. This variable may be chosen by the game master.

Source Volatility: Moderate

78520 Bicycles Also includes parts for bicycles. Generally shipped un-assembled in pallets. Popular un-powered vehicles, and a good potential speculative cargo where the conditions are right. Markets for bicycles tend to be poor in places with severe climates, or enclosed colonies and outposts. Sellers are manufacturers, buyers are retailers.

79100 Rail transport systems. A large and awkward cargo, not the sort of thing that's of any use to the speculator, but one where a knowledgeable trader, as go between for manufacturers and buyers, can reap a reasonable profit. Locomotives presuppose a rail system, or at least an intent to start one, on a planet, and no locomotives or other rail equipment will be in demand if there is not. When locomotives and other rail cars are ordered, the game master should select which types. Urban light systems, trolleys, and urban transit cars (all of which provide their own motive power) will only be requested where there are substantial cities. Locomotives and rolling stock may be conventional, or of the Mag-Lev or airfilm type depending on the Gamemaster's designs. Note that with Mag-Lev's and Airfilms, the locomotive is essentially the same weight and size as a passenger car, although it contains additional control equipment. Conventional rail systems use a very heavy locomotive. Freight cars are built as either flatbeds, or with some sort of cargo container.

Base Unit: Urban Light Rail Car,. Trolley, Tram, Yard switching car, etc: 1 Container equivalent, 20 tons

Subway, passenger, or similar car, or Mag-Lev/Airfilm cockpit car: 1.5 Container Equivalents, 30 tons

Small locomotive: 2 container equivalent. 50 tons

Large Locomotive: 3-4 container equivalent. 30 tons per container equivalent

Freight Car, flatbed: 1.5 Container equivalent. 15 tons. Other: 2 container equivalent, 25 tons.

All are 20% empty, except non-flat bed freight cars, which are 50% empty.

Typical Annual Market: Special, should be set by game master

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base-20 x (IND%) x 1d10 x 20 cars of various sorts. The variable represents the strength of the rail industry. This variable may be chosen by the game master.

Source Volatility: Moderate

79230 Civil Aircraft. Non military aircraft are typically recreational, passenger, or cargo types. One trick to remember if you are getting into the aviation business- each world has different flying conditions, and models of aircraft are not universally interchangeable- although many can be adapted from one to another. Buyers are corporations, agencies, and organizations needing aircraft, and in some cases wealthy individuals. Sellers are aviation manufacturers. Aircraft are a vehicle cargo, but they are rather awkward. Most have to be partly disassembled and specially prepared for transport.

Base Unit: Pallet. 1 aircraft = 1-10 container equivalents. The Game master should select the container equivalent of any specific order. The largest aircraft, big intercontinental transports, are very unusual cargos. Each container equivalent weighs 10 tons. Aircraft are 40% empty.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (TRAN%) x wealth mod x 2.x 1 aircraft. Scores less than 1 equal a % chance of needing an aircraft.

Market Volatility: Very High

Typical Annual Source: Base-18*(IND%)*5 Aircraft xd10- random figure to represent relative size of local sensor industry may be selected by the game master. There will be only a few suppliers of the really big aircraft, so the game master should place these sources individually if he wants to involve them.

Source Volatility: Moderate

Special Instructions: Delicate Cargo.

79240 Military Aircraft and Missiles Military aircraft, including unmanned types, and aerial missiles. Like other military cargos, these will go to the most trusted of shippers. Aircraft are even more closely guarded than other weapon types, and shipments of military aircraft on a civilian ship (whenever possible, flagged to the nation of the military organization owning the aircraft) will usually be accompanied by military personnel. (or sometimes, if it is a part of a regular delivery, personnel of the manufacturer). Shipment will be from manufacturer to military base, or from one military base to another.

Base Unit: Aircraft. 1 aircraft = 1-10 container equivalents. The Game master should select the container equivalent of any specific order. The largest aircraft are very unusual cargos. Each container equivalent weighs 10 tons. Aircraft are 40% empty. 1 aircraft may also substitute as a container load of missiles. Each container weighs 25 tons, and it is not a vehicle cargo.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (TRAN%) x wealth mod x 2.x 1 aircraft. Scores less than 1 equal a % chance of needing an aircraft or container of missiles.

Market Volatility: Moderate

Typical Annual Source: There will be only a few suppliers of military aircraft and missiles for any given nation, so the game master should place these sources individually if he wants to involve them.

Source Volatility: Moderate

Spacial Instructions: Missiles, obviously, include volatile engines and warheads. It is possible that the warheads are being shipped separately as "Munitions 89121"

79251 Spacecraft. 79257, Military Spacecraft Spacecraft with interstellar range are typically bought from the manufacturer and flown to the buyer, but spacecraft without such range will have to be shipped. This category includes small transfer vehicles, interface vehicles, system defense craft, and others. One advantage of spacecraft as cargo is that they are designed to stand up to the rigors of the space environment, and so they do not have to be stored inside a cargo hold. They can do quite well secured tot he exterior of the cargo ship (unless that cargo ship is interface capable and expects to enter an atmosphere, of course) Military Spacecraft will be shipped only from and to very specific places designated ona case by case basis by the gamemaster.

Base Unit: Very variable, the game master should have several examples of typical non-interstellar spacecraft available, with weights. Volume is less of an issue, as they are usually not carried inside, but if they are, as a rough guide, figure 1 container equivalent to each 25 tons of spacecraft, and consider it 35% empty. Note that spacecraft carried as cargo are generally not carried in a "ready to fly" state- they are partly dismantled, antennas and other projecting elements removed, protective coverings are placed over all vulnerable surfaces, lots of packing material is added, none of the spacecraft's tanks of fuel, water, air, or other expendables is full (these can be filled, though, but a cargo ship will normally move spacecraft with everything empty as a safety measure) If spacecraft are being moved in a ready to fly state, the game master should not treat them as cargo, but rather, use the rules for small craft to determine volume and maintenance.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (SPACE) x 5 Spacecraft

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Manufacturers are rare and should be placed by the game master

Source Volatility: Moderate

79252 Satellites. Complete unmanned orbital devices. Most commonly used for communications, but there are sensor satellites, defense satellites, navigational satellites, and others of various less common purposes. There are very few retailers, so satellites are typically sold by the manufacturer, and bought by the organizations that will use them. Buyers will often ask the shipper to place the satellites directly into their permanent orbits.

Base Unit: Pallet, 2 tons.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (SPACE+ADMIN) x (Wealth mod) x 5 Pallets

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Manufacturers are rare and should be placed by the game master

Source Volatility: Moderate

79255 Space Habitat Modules These items are component pieces of orbital habitats and space stations, as well as outposts on low gravity airless worlds. They are structurally similar to starships, in fact, they are almost identical to starship components, the chief difference being that they have no drive. Without drives, it is necessary for a starship to haul then from point of manufacture to their final destination. As they are built for the rigors of space, they can be attached externally to a typical cargo starship and therefore need not take up hold space. (Interface operations with modules attached should not be attempted). As a typical cargo ship's life support systems are not designed to be extended to the attached modules, they cannot be used during the voyage unless special adaptations are made beforehand. Modules are of many types, including living, workspace, utility, research, hangar, storage, and even agricultural modules. 100 tons per module is typical.

Base Unit: Module 100 tons.

Typical Annual Market: Special. The game master should designate where and when modules are needed. Market Volatility: Extremely high

Typical Annual Source: Should be very rare. The game master should designate a few special sources at highly industrialized, advanced worlds if he wants to involve modules.

Source Volatility: High

79259 Spacecraft Parts Component items specific to spacecraft and orbital habitats. In demand wherever spacecraft operate, and bought by very specialized retailers but generally directly by the organizations operating the spacecraft and/or habitats. Produced by manufacturers.

Base Unit: Pallet, 2 tons.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (SPACE) x 25 Pallets

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base -7 *(IND%+SPACE%) * 5 pallets x 1d10-5, the variable indicatig the size of the local aerospace industry. This should be set by the gamemaster. Scores less than 1 equal no aerospace industry.

Source Volatility: Moderate

79282 LTA Aircraft. Lighter than air aircraft or "Zeps" as they are known are disassembled for transport. The gas cells are deflated, the skeleton collapsed, and the engine, steering, and gondola sections packed. A typical LTA aircraft, packed for shipping, is 3 containers, but they vary between 2 and 6 containers. Suppliers are manufacturers, purchasers are air shipping companies, the military, and other organizations using them. Not a typical or effective speculative cargo-"Anyone wanna buy a blimp?" means the seller is pretty desperate. Although it is a vehicular cargo, LTA's cannot be driven in and out of holds and are quite difficult to handle.

Base Unit: Aircraft 2-6 Containers, 8 tons per container, 10% empty

Typical Annual Market: Base x (TRANS%) x .05 LTA aircraft x 1d10-5 (representing local popularity) Pallets. A fraction indicates a probability of needing a Zep, a negative number means no zeps are needed.

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base-12 x (IND%) x .5 LTA'ss x 1d10, the variable representing the strength of the LTA Aviation industry. This may be chosen by the game master.

Source Volatility: Low

79318 Small Watercraft, Powered 79319 Small watercraft, Unpowered. Very small boats and watercraft, generally for recreational purposes. Some are powered, some are paddled, some are sailboats. Generally bought by dealers who will sell them to private

individuals, and occasionally bought by owners of large vessels who will use them as lifeboats. Sellers are manufacturers.

Base Unit: Pallet .5 tons.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (Wealth Mod x 2) x 1/4 Pallets x d10. Number less than 1 is chance that this market will need small watercraft during the year. Small Watercraft will only be needed in appropriate environments, of course..

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base-5 x (IND%) x 4 Pallet x 2d10, the variable representing the strength of the Boat building industry. This may be chosen by the game master.

Source Volatility: Moderate

79324 Boats, Civilian Fishing Boats, Yachts, Utility and work craft, rescue craft, or other boats. Includes hovercraft designed to operate primarily on water. Boats have overnight capability, otherwise they are considered 336612, small watercraft. These are sold singly, and are Vehicle cargos with their own particular difficulty: They can't be driven on an off by themselves. As Vehicles, they take up space as "container equivalents" but are not packed in containers. They are sometimes shipped on wheeled trailers to make shipping easier, but this increases the space each unit takes up. Buyers include dealers, fishing co-ops, agencies who operate boats, and private individuals. Sellers are generally dealers and manufacturers. Some boats are very large "oversize" cargos.

Base Unit: Boat 1-4 Container Equivalents. 12 tons per container equivalent.

Typical Annual Market: Base x (Wealth Mod x 2) x 1/10 Boat x d10. Number less than 1 is chance that this market will need a boat during the year. Boats will only be needed in appropriate environments, of course. Market will go way up if a fishing fleet is being established.

Market Volatility: High

Typical Annual Source: Base-5 x (IND%) x 1 Boat x 2d10, the variable representing the strength of the Boatbuilding industry. This may be chosen by the game master.

Source Volatility: Moderate
