In the United Kingdom at the tail end of the last century a group of like-minded individuals on the outskirts of social acceptance, came together with the vision of an intellectual revolution. They united under the banner of noise to destroy the mediocrity of popular culture. The resistance against such false idols as Toploader and Pete Waterman began with minor acts of mind terrorism. The formation of www.levrudnev.cjb.net began in early 2001. Setting out a clear manifesto was a major coup for the organisation outlining many of the ideals of the unit. Between the summers of 2001-2002 various attempts of creating a noise wing to the organisation progressed with the culmination being the form over function EP recorded in summer 2002.
