| I have a special wish this Christmas It comes from deep within my heart, And I long to tell you once again What my wishes do impart. My wish is all the happiness Your heart could ever hold, And a love that's like no other For true love is far more precious than gold. I wish you health and every wish That your heart may desire, And warmth to fill your home and soul Like the soft glow of a fire. I wish that you could really know How your love has changed my life, How it filled that void within my heart Made everything seem right. So the wish I have this Christmas Is that you feel as I do, And know that you have always got A friendship that is true. |

| Why do you have to be so far away When I need you here with me, To share my joy and hapiness My friend you'll always b?. Why do you have to be so far away When the tears come to my eyes, And all my worries and my fears Just make me want to cry? Why do you have to be so far away When my heart is filled with sadness? Just one look into your eyes Then it would fill with gladness. The distance that's between us At times seems more than I can bare, Arent' friends suppose to be together, Why can't we? It's just not fair. To have you here beside me Is what I need so much, To see your face, to hear your voice Reach out my hand and feel your touch. Then this void inside my heart Would quickly go away Were you here with me today And here you'd always stay. To feel your arms around me And be held in your embrace, One day...
