| PINEAPPLE CAKE |
| INGREDIENTS: 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup oil 1 #2 size can crushed pineapple |
| DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients at once. Do not drain pineapple. Mix and bake in a greased and floured 9"x13" pan at 350 for 25 mins. |
| ICING: 1 lbs. powdered sugar 1/2 teas. vanilla pinch of salt 1 stick butter or margarine 2-4 tab. milk 8 oz. softened cream cheee chopped pecans Cream together sugar, vanilla, milk, salt, butter and cream cheese. Ice cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans. |
