| INGREDIENTS: 3 lbs ground beef 2 lbs Jimmy Dean's sage sausage 1 box velveeta cheese crackers or thin sliced petite deli bread |
| DIRECTIONS: In seperate skillets, or one at a time, on stove top (no microwaves please), brown ground beef and sausage. Drain. Combine meats into a crockpot on medium setting. Cut cheese into small squares and add to meat mixture. About 1/4 of the cheese at a time. Stir till melted. Cook on low heat for approximately 1 hour. Mixture will thicken. Keep warm in crockpot for serving. Serve on petite deli breads or crackers. |
