| COOKIE MIX IN A JAR |
| INGREDIENTS: Combine together, 3 cups flour, 1 c packed brown sugar, 1.2 granulated sugar,1 teas. baking powder, 3/4 teas. salt, 1/2 teas. baking soda, 1 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Place in a 1 quart mason jar. |
| The above ingredients can also be layered in the jar, with the directions printed and tied to the jar neck to be given as a gift. |
| In a large bowl, combine contents of this jar along with, 3/4 cups melted, cooled butter, 2 eggs, 1 tab. vanilla. Stir until just mixed. Drop by tab., 2" apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins., or until golden brown. |
