Black Magic

The Ultimate driving force behind the Black Magician is the hunger for power. The aim was clearly stated by the Serpent of the Garden of Eden, “Ye shall be gods.” This Serpent to the Occultist is the means to wisdom, which has been looked for over many centuries. Basically, the magicians ambition is to wield supreme power over the universe as a whole, to make himself god. Man can make himself god because we do have the divine spark within. We are a miniature image of god and god is man in the large. Basically, man is a smaller image of god and the universe in whole.

When a Black magician wants a ritual, ceremony or a spell to work, all his energy goes into that one particular aim. Hew mentally, physically and emotionally puts all that he can into accomplishing the correct result that which he is looking for. The Black Magician draws the line at nothing when trying to get this accomplished.

The forces the Black Magician uses are not to them good and evil, they are more so a positive and a negative force. Everything in the world has its opposite and all must be acknowledged in order to have a complete life. You can clearly not have all of one thing and nothing of another and expect things to turn out that which you want it to turn out.

There are those that say Magic is a primitive form of science, the spells the magicians use are more poetic than scientific. There are certain rhythms and correct pronunciation that must be used. The use of certain colors, incenses, and olds are also used. This all aids in the performance and the acquired result of the magical ceremonies.

Black magic is the Left Hand Path, moving to the left of things during some rites is usually done as to cause even distant, some spells only work when you move to the left while doing them. In Latin, the word sinister means the left and the evil, with this at hand many magicians still claim to be not of the Black magic but yet of a higher form of white magic.

In the deepest and darkest parts of the mind is where Black Magic is rooted, this is the largest attraction to the Black Magician, however it is not so much just the love for evil or a liking for the mysterious part of it. Basically it is more of an attempt to exalt the status of man, to put man in the place that many reserve only for egos.

The thoughts of Magic are not random, many have their own laws and logic, as previously stated they are more poetically. Black Magic goes into the regions of spiritual and the supernatural, the places in which science has nothing to say. Black Magic is NOT a belief of the past, there are magicians that do still exist in this era and shall continue to exist. They let not the true form of Black Magic slip away, and do tend to pass it on to those that are willing to accept it.

Many of the writers of the old grimoires have explicit instructions for calling up evil spirits, killing people, causing hate and destruction or making women submit to them. Many of these and the ways of doing them used the ways of prayers to god and to the angels, self mortification, and obstenatious piety.

The theory of magic is the relationship between God, Man, and the Universe. The magician sets out to conquer the universe, to become the complete man, that which has experiences and mastered all things.
