Ecosia
Far away, in a distant galaxy lives a world of magic and mystery. Where if a person says just a word, darkness can engulf and entire country. Where races not only look different but have different powers. Here exists an evil centuries old, that may be awakened at any moment. This is just a crude summary of the planet Ecosia.
The Races
Anicta
-- Hand-to-hand combat specialists. They use enhanced gloves and knuckles to improve their strength. Anicta study hand to hand combat their entire life. Despite their great strength they are very peaceful. They love sports and can get very competitive.Kinita -- Quiet, strong, very loyal to whom they serve. Rarely will a Kinita converse or be around other races. They mostly stay in Kinita Castle. They specialize in spear combat. Use heavy armors for protection.
Swardina -- Specialize in daggers, double edges, and swords. They mostly concentrate on swordsmanship. Get angry very easily.
Blikata -- One of the most powerful races on Ecosia. They do not use weapons. they manifest elemental objects or send dark energy straight towards their enemy. Even though they have enormous power they are very friendly to most all races.
Witana -- They are the most friendly of all races. They only fight when needed. The specialize in healing and summoning elemental beings. They use staves for weapons and to call forth the summoned. They mostly use their power to improve health and nature. They can be found just about everywhere around the globe. Even though they are fairly different, Witana and Blikata have a wonderful relationship that helped create the most advanced city on Ecosia. The city, Uzeldia, thrives off magic and is literally a living city.
Thivia -- The most un liked race around. They are fast, agile, and their specialty is stealing. Witana and Anicta are the only races that are friendly toward them. One reason they are so un liked is their thief ability, and the other is The War of Ecosia. (see “The War of Ecosia” lower down the page)
Botinak -- They specialize in bows of all types. They also use special darts. They are very smart and live peacefully among most races (especially Swardina). Great at Camouflage techniques.
Cities and Towns
These are not the only Cities and Towns, but they are the major ones.
SpringFall -- Home to Botinak. A very natural town. A lush forest surrounds it and a giant waterfall is in the center of this organic town. It is such a peaceful type of town, that animals often roam the streets.
Serene City -- Home to Witana. A calm and peaceful city. The main colors of this city are white and gold. Here you may find other races because of its great medicine and hospitals.
Kinita Castle -- Home to Kinita. A large town inside a castle. It is very secluded. You will only find Kinita here; in fact, most other races cant find Kinita Castle because of its location. It is hidden in the desert of Aaron.
Sharvita -- Home of Anicta. This is like the ghetto of Ecosia. Not many people even think of going there because of the high crime and the frequent natural disasters that seem to come along quite often.
Centracell -- Home of Thivia. Centracell is forest like village. All the homes are made of wood or bamboo and are not painted. It has dirt roads and is a very small community. There is not much technology here because their relationships with other races.
The City of Damincia -- Home to Blikata. It is a fairly nice city. There is no real way to explain it. Damincia is a friendly city, with a very diverse set of environments.
Alandra -- Home to Swardina. This town if mostly made of metal. Swardina love bladed weapons so much that all the buildings and houses are made of metallic substances. On one day of the year the sun hits Alandra just right where the entire city lights up and forms an Aurora around the town. This is a beautiful sight to see.
Uzeldia -- Home to Blikata and Witana. It is a very high tech city that is literally alive. The city actually can be heard breathing on some nights. Uzeldia is the most high tech city on Ecosia because of the combination of Blikata and Witana magic.
Zintoshia -- Home to Anicta and Thivia. This is the only city that truly accepts Thivia other than Centracell. Anicta and Thivia have learnd to live together and teach each other their races techniques. The city is always alive with parties and feasts. The fireworks from the parties can be seen from hundreds of miles away.
Azorgria -- Home to Swardina and Botinak. This city is a mixture of metal and forest. Swardina and Botinak teach each other their own techniques. This makes them one of the most strategic and diverse group.
The War of Ecosia
Centuries ago a Thivia that was very powerful destroyed towns and forests throughout Ecosia. Thivias can steal anything, including abilities. The Thivia code of honor strictly says not to but this Thiva was power hungry. He went against the teachings and started stealing abilities. He stole abilities from all the races and became a monstrous beast. It seemed that Ecosia was doomed. The greatest person from each race came together and weakened him. Then a Blikata and Witana combined their powers to freeze him in a different dimension, but this caused a rip where Ecosia and the dimension met.
A gate was built to cover the rip. The key to the gate was hidden in the farthest reaches of Ecosia. So most races never speak to Thivias because they are afraid of this same thing starting all over again.
The Dimensional Gate
The gate was created from dark magic and the key was made from light magic. The key was sent to the farthest region of Ecosia, in The Town of Ruins, in an underground temple, guarded by The Key Guard.
The Key Guard was summoned by a Witana. It is immune to all elements and is very strong.
The Town of Ruins was once a great town where all races could train against real beasts. But one training shop owner tried to keep a great beast for people that had mastered all other beasts. the beast was too strong for the owner. He broke free and put the town in ruins. As the beast was finished with the town, a great Anicta warrior fought and killed the beast. Ever since then beasts from the training shops, and others that migrated there have ruled the town and no one dares to step on the land.
