| What is SPIKE means? SPIKE is a team of business and technical experts from Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Korea (E for Ericsson). The project team goal is to implement SAP MUS/HRMS in each Market Unit by the end of 3Q of year 2002. What MUS/HRMS? Market Unit Solution/Human Resources Management Solution is a SAP R/3 based solution, tailor -made for Market Units within Ericsson. SAP means System, Application, Products in Data Processing. SAP is started in Germany in 1972 and world leader in integrated information systems (competitor of BAAN, Peoples Soft, JD Edwards, and Oracle). MUS is supported and managed on strategic, tactical and operational level by the Ericsson Global SAP centers in Stockholm, Dallas, and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, in close cooperation with SAP Group.
