One more sip

I remember the exhausting cold

The timid complaints of my people

Piled up packed in a goods train

Two days and two nights without sleeping

And very soon we would stop talking

Very soon

I remember the exhausting cold

The day we lost our children forever

Starving thirsty stripped of our own clothes

And it was like swallowing glass

And very soon we would stop talking

And very soon we would stop understanding

And I have learnt to drink always one more sip

And I have learnt to drink always one more sip

Than I really needed

Than I really needed

One day I could be thirsty

I remember the exhausting cold

The fear of sinking forever onto a bed of burning coals

What logic or life law will ever  be able to explain

Those select men’s diabolic enterprise

And very soon we would stop talking

And very soon we would stop understanding

And I have learnt to drink always one more sip

And I have learnt to drink always one more sip

Than I really needed

Than I really needed

One day I could be thirsty
