| Well, Letter of Intent is just a band of four guys who love music, preferably rock and metal. We're just four fans who wanted to start a band and so, we did. Hopefully, this band will be a success, of course, I'm sure every other band in the world is thinking hat right now, lol. |

| We like to think of ourselves as, well, a rock band, maybe with some metal thrown in here and there. I think we have a good combination of people though. |

| August 4, 2004 Well, at the moment, we have at least one full song recorded on a demo tape. No lyrics yet though, hopefully we'll have a writing session some time, and then we'll figure out what needs to go where. The drum solo is a little sloppy, but hey, it was the first time we'd ever recorded the song, so things could be better on all our parts. I think the demo is still pretty kik-a$$, hehe. |
