| A self-powered, air-cooled, belt-fed, blowback-operrated weapon designed to deliver decisive firepower against enemy personnal and lightly armoured vehicles. It replaces the M2 heavy machine guns in selected units and will be the primary suppressive weapon for combat support and compat service units.
