3) Where in the New Testament do the apostles tell future generations that the Christian faith will be based solely on a book?

The apostle told his contemporaries the Scripture fully equips in the Christian faith:

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

All scripture God wrote is profitable for instruction....that means all of it is clear enough to communicate truth, so that the man of God is "artios—“complete, capable, proficient in the sense of being able to meet all demands.” To drive home his point still more emphatically Paul added equipped (exērtismenos, “furnished”) for every good work (cf. 2:21)."- Walvoord, J. F., Zuck, R. B., & Dallas Theological Seminary. (1983-c1985). The Bible Knowledge Commentary : An exposition of the scriptures (2:757). Wheaton, IL: Victor Books.

Mr. Ray is subtler than any Catholic apologist in the field, by misdirection he tried to divert our attention away from God's Word, to an impossible scenario he constructed.

Apostles don't exhort, reprove, correct, console, pray with, or instruct in righteousness.... future generations, no pastor does that.....and then asks..... "where did they tell future generationsss..."?

Mr. Ray:
3) Where in the New Testament do the apostles tell future generations that the Christian faith will be based solely upon oddly dressed men in Rome?
