28) If Jesus intended for
Christianity to be exclusively a “religion of the book,” why did He wait 1400
years before showing somebody how to build a printing press?
It must be hard lugging such a big brain around.
There are three kinds of people: those who make things happen, those who watch
things happen, and people like the author of Question 28, who wonder what happened.
God invented writing long before Moses...so by the Question's logic, that
proves He intended the truth faith be a "religion of the book."
I can't take this question seriously.
We don't have to speculate about God's intentions....we have His direct
statements expressing His intention:
Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you,
neither shall ye diminish ought from it,
that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
