Making Blinkies

Open in PSP and open the layer palette
Click on the bottom layer "background" and flood fill it, click on the name layer and type in your text, click on the image and add an image if you want...now to the tricky bit
Click on dot1 layer and select the dots, if you click on one and then go to the top menu and choose selections, modify, select similar you should get them all and fill whatever you choose,i used a psp rainbow sculpture for this one
Do the same with the 2nd dot layer
Duplicate your image
On the 1st image delete the dot1 layer and on the 2nd image delete the dot2 layer, merge all layers
Copy the 1st image and open animation shop and paste as a new animation
Go back to PSP and copy the 2nd image and paste into animation shop as Paste after current
View your animation save it and thats it!!!

I made this then added a thin border and painstakingly added a christmas tube on one dot layer using the grid then put the tube in the alternate spaces in the other dot layer
