1. DOCUMENTATION
Traveler/Passengers must show proff of identification, a valid passport or a certified birth vertificate with a picture ID (such as a Drivers License)
2. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
A deposit for each person is required to secure a written comfirmed booking. Payment plan is available depending on departure date. The final payment must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
3 CANCELLATION POLICIES
A cancellation occurs when space reserved is release and not simultaneously rebooked on the travel or sailing date. If a cancellation occures, the following charges will be assessed:
$50.00 per person
or the initial deposit.
Other cancellation fees will occure from the tour operator or cruiseline. Also, there are fees for changes such as name changes. All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to LETS GET AWAY TRAVEL. All or partial of airfares are NON-REFUNDABLE. Other administrative fees may be added.
4 VACATION PROTECTION PLAN
Insurance can provide some protections for unexpected travel costs. Whether they result from accident and illness, loss baggage, cancelled or unterrupted trips. Travel insurance not only protects costs and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. In some cases, travel protection can be
offered through the tour operator or cruiseline for a cost. Travel protection can be offered
through private sources or you may have your own. If you should select a private source or have your own, you must show proof to LETS GET AWAY TRAVEL. Travel protection may or may not protect your initial deposit/processing fee.
NOTE: The suppliers reserve the right to increase published fares without prior notice. However, fully paid or deposited guests will be protected, except for port charges, fuel surcharges, government taxes, and the surcharge which are subject to change without notice.

groups transporters and others.
LETS GET AWAY TRAVEL AND ALL AFFFILIATE PARTNERS denies any responsibility or liability for late arrival of your flight, ship, bus or train for illness, injury, damage, loss of air or cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. Again, we strongly recommend travel protection insurance.
