isa Palluconi is a joint-degree student at
Harvard Law School and the Kennedy School of Government. Her undergraduate work
was in political science, with a focus on Russian political economy, at the
University of Tulsa. After completing her undergraduate degree, Lisa spent a
year in Moscow, where she worked in the international trade department of a
Russian firm. Most recently, she has accepted an offer with the Washington, D.C.
law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. She will begin working in
their international trade law group in September, 2001.
duardo A. Cavallo studied Economics in the San
Andrés University in
Argentina. He later worked for Grupo Innova Foundation and Acción por la
República Party
in Argentina. Currently Eduardo is working on an Master's of Public Policy at Harvard's John F. Kennedy
School of Government. His policy area of concentration is International
Trade and Finance.
erence Meehan is a candidate for the
Master's in Public Policy degree at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government,
concentrating in International Trade and Finance. He graduated from Dartmouth
College with a degree in Russian and Linguistics and later lived and worked in
St. Petersburg, Russia for two years. He plans to return to Russia after
graduation to add his voice to the chorus of foreign advisors to Russian institutions.
leksandr Kopets is
a first year student in the Master's in Public Policy Program at Harvard
University concentrating in International Trade and Finance. Originally from
Lviv, Ukraine, Oleksandr received his baccalaureate in International Relations
from the University of Lviv and has worked with the Canadian House of Commons as
well as the Ukrainian Parliament. Most recently he has been working on the
position of the Ukrainian Government before the European Court on Human Rights
on investment related issues. In his spare time he is an international man of
mystery.
