The Apartment I staying in her is pretty cool. My father is now renting a 3 room apartment, so I've got my own room, complete with bed, closet, study table and dressing table. It's about twice the size of my room in Perth, so it felt really wierd haveing all that space, even though the apartment is obviously smaller than the house in Winthrop. There's also a spare bedroom in the apartment, if any of you decide to drop in. 8)
All the rooms also have air-conditioning, which is really helpful while I try to acclimatise to the weather here. Fortunately, just recently it's been raining quite often in the late afternoon, which seems to generate lots of cool breezes through the apartment after the rain stops in the evening. Very comfortable. |
