Grandparent�s 50th Wedding Anniversary



My Grandfather Thomas David Lester; married my Grandmother, Mable Lydia Long March 14, 1912. They had 11 children who are listed below on the family chart.

The first child on the chart is my mother, Dorothy Lydia Lester. She had seven children. Alice, Dorothy, and Charles Sampair; Joesph Taylor-Lester; Jacqueline, Melvin and David Taylor. Melvin and David are twins.

My mother died at the age of 83 peacefully, surrounded by her family at the home of her son (Melvin) and daughter-in-law Donna, May 23, 1995 in Puyallup Washington. Interment in Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetery, Tacoma Washington. She was born March 16, 1912 in Tacoma, Washington and was the oldest of her siblings.
