Paradise City
"Take me down to the Paradise City
Where the grass is green and the
boys are pretty..."
The gates to the city swing open.  In the city, it is night, and an eerie night indeed.  A fog hangs low in the air, shrouding the streets in darkness.  Not much is visible, as there are no lights, but it is very warm and the air smells like the sea, salty and damp.  The only building that can be seen from the gates is a small, ramshackle little hut with a battered sign that, upon closer inspection, reads "Aid & Info".

Within this shop there is nothing but bare wood walls, floor, an abused counter and an old pamphlet rack.  A few little brochures are still tucked into its plastic confines, and one of them reads "Paradise City: A Tourist's Guide".  Anyone smart enough to pick it up and look within in will find a map.

This map has names of places like "Mount Cyanide" and "The Temple of the White Rose" and "The Tower", but the most noticeable demarcation on it is the little symbol that, according to the key, means lodging and board.  This place is known as "The Music Box", and it appears to be a tavern of some sort.

The little useless shack creaks as the summery wind picks up, and when one exits back onto the street, the fog has risen higher, getting thicker as the night deepens. Strange noises can be heard emitting from deeper in the city.
