·       Open PB/14 and look at the table, S read the words in the table / row A.

·       Ask: Where can you see the words postal service  in the paragraph? in the title and in the first sentence. Have a S read it

·       Say: Now look at the information about the Saudi telephone system. We are going to write a paragraph about the Saudi telephone system. Can you think of the title?

·       Say: The 1st sentence of the paragraph says what the paragraph is about. Ask: Can you think of a good first sentence for your paragraph about The Saudi telephone system? Elicit Today, a very advanced telephone system has been developed in Saudi Arabia.

·       Elicit the whole paragraph

·       Introduce: lines = means telephone lines.

·       Open WB/11, S read aloud the ins's.

·       S write the paragraph on WB/11 in the class, I'll walk and encourage them.

·       Collect the WB at the end of the lesson.
