·       Open WB/7, read the whole sentence answers, S spell aloud the chosen words.

·       Open PB/10-11, ask: What is the subject of the reading? ....... Look at the pics, ask: What can you see? The Ministry of post, telegraphs and telephones......    the postal code (P 10).....     and electronic sorters, post office boxes and efficient counter service (P 11)

·       How many paragraphs are there? 6

·       Look at the first sentence from each paragraph, ask: What do you think the (1st paragraph) about?

·       S look at the passage, ask: Can you see a year in (paragraph 1)?Write all the years in the passage on the board. Then ask one Q with all those years: How many items were handled in (1986)?

·       I'll read the passage aloud, S should underline the unknown words, S finish any sentence.
