·       Open PB/17, read the ins's and ask: Who is the letter from? What is it about? Form John and it is about dining customs in New Zealand.

·       Point to the address and ask: What is this? a S read it.

·       Point to the salutation and ask: Who is he writing to? Uthman.

·       Point to the end, a S read the last 2 lines.

·       Write this Q on the board:

What is each paragraph about?

·       S read the letter quickly, answer the previous Q.

·       Introduce the new voc as I come to them:
