PROCEDURE

مربع نص: USING OTHER FORMS (TENSES)FOR FUTURE:

1.	Present Continuous: means a future action according to an arrangement with some friends. e.g.: I am playing football tomorrow with my class-mates.
2.	Present Simple: means a future action according to a timetable. e.g.: I play football tomorrow afternoon.
3.	Going to: for a person wanting and intending to do something, ,e.g.: I am going to play football tomorrow. / for a thing which is going to happen soon, e.g.: It’s going to rain.
4.	Will often has another verb with it , e.g., I’ll play football if the weather is good.
 


OBJECTIVES:

1st.Revise tenses.

2nd.Revise have something done.

3rd.Practise the present simple passive.

4th.Begin the homework.

·       Draw the time lines and write :

 

I     /     play     /      football

 

·       S use these words with all the time lines. I'll ask Q's, e.g., What, where, when..... according to the tenses.

·       Open PB/9, read box 1.

 

 

·       Look at box 2, read it, 2 S  read the two parts.

·       Give some prompts: house/ paint, tyre/mend, car/repair, thobe/make

 

 

·       Turn PB/10, a S read the ins in box 3, others read the 2 examples

·       Say in Arabic: (It is not mean that the people are unimportant but that at the moment of speaking, the action is temporarily more important than the people.

·       S read the examples, Write on the board and ask:

Who does it? We don't know.

Is it important to know who does it? No

 

·       Close PB, S use their own word to say sentences in the passive (give them some prompts) e.g.,

     Al-Ahsa, Tomatoes, carpets, made, in Japan, Television........

·       Open WB/6 ask: What can you see? S read the sentences and answers

 

 

 

 

·       Turn to page/5, read the ins, S begin writing.
