As it is with most websites that are worth viewing, the whole is equal to the sum of it's parts, and these parts often come from various sources. Such is the case with Leslie West Online, and this page is designed to profusely thank and acknowledge those individuals without whose contributions this site would be shit...so as you read this please bear in mind that it is still under construction so as to insure that all of those who contributed to the growth of Leslie West Online are properly recognized...
To begin with, I can tell you that this site would not be what it is (and whatever THAT is I'll leave you to judge) without the input, contributions, wisdom and friendship of Richie DeMartino from New York and Phil Beards of Birmingham, England.
As a longtime musical and business associate of Leslie West and Mountain and in my opinion the foremost collector of Mountain memoribilia in the world, Richie has been an invaluable source of material, infomation, advice and just good common sense. Richie is the executive producer of Leslie's recently released video Big Phat Ass Guitar and is the proprietor of the Windfall Music website. He's also as good a friend as you will ever find. My undying thanx to Richie for everything, and believe me when I tell you that covers a lot!
My boy Phil has been with me literally from the beginning. In terms of collecting Mountain memoribilia, he is the UK equivilent of Richie, coming up with stuff that just blew my mind! He helped me get out of the gate when I didnt have a whole hell of a lot to begin with, so that initial bump was crucial in initiating the forward progress this site as seeked to maintain. On top of that, he's been a great pal. Thanx Phil, you're the man!
Another major shout out goes to some other UK folks, Gerald and Rosy Sables. G-Man and the Mrs have contributed some very cool stuff to both sites, but more importantly G has talked me down off of a few ledges when running this joint has become, shall we say, a bit overbearing...thanx guys for your friendship...
