It's hard to believe that there was life before Marilyn.
Marilyn had such an impact on the world that we can't hardly
remember anyone before her, but there was one lady who paved
the road for Marilyn. She, like Marilyn, had a very rough
childhood, one of poverty and domestic unrest.
That woman was Joan Crawford.
