ZINDIKI

ZINDIKI is derived from a Swahili word meaning "Protective Charm." These guardian spirits were created from fabric woven by artist Laura Morris, designed and sewn by Leslie Rogalski. Both artists worked on their elaborate adornment, inspired by multi-cultural ornament and art. All work shown was ornamented by Leslie Rogalski.
