With Summer getting past us it is important to remember that Winter is approaching! The Hurricane Season will no longer be a threat to us after it's over. This page is black with green text, which means it can only be viewed while looking at it!

Using the black background with green text is very much like an old RGB monitor, and gives the effect of an old BBS system. As usual I'm about twenty years behind current technology. One key factor worth remembering is that a person's Browser reads the HTML code as it goes, and displays whatever the Browser's Default Font is set as. So everyone will see the page differently. Different size monitors will display more of some pages. For example I use an old VGA monitor that only supports 640X480, but still can see some pages completely, while other's show only partially.

This requires using the scroll bars or a "wheel" mouse if you have one, and is frustrating when surfing the net. A web surfer will find somewhere else to look fast when a site is poorly built.
