Les Dames d'Escoffier is a tax-exempt non profit organization and over the last 18 year Les Dames has awarded over $200,000 to talented and deserving culinary students and apprentices.  Recipient colleges, universities and apprenticeship programs include Boston University, Cornell University, the Culinary Institute of America, Essex Agricultural, The French Culinary Institute, Johnson & Wales, Newbury College, Endicott College, New England Culinary Institute, the Copley Plaza , Ritz Carlton Hotels.  Donations for scholarships are accepted throughout the year and are raised through various events and fundraisers.  

    In 1999 Les Dames Boston,  The Mass Family For Kids and the Mass Adoption Resources Exchange have united to raise money to benefit scholarship & mentor programs.  Chef mentors "The Commitment" from three Boston Chefs will partner with a young person to work in their restaurant for 2 years.  We hope that if this person chooses culinary arts and wants to continue their education that we would provide scholarships for them.
