Lathe Page
Atlas/Craftsman Lathe
I found this in an old generator shop where it was used to cut the commutator on starters and generators. It only shows wear on about 3 inches of the lead screw. When I got it home, I had to completely disassemble it to get it out of the truck. I replaced the half nuts and gave it a new paint job and it was ready to go.

Brake Parts Cleaner is a good way to clean the oil and chips from your work. It dries really fast and leaves no residue and no bad odor. The water base doesn't work.
Allen wrenches color coded with colored heat shrink tubing to quickly identify which one you need.
Parts for the bolt action .22 and all these parts were made on the Atlas Lathe. That's a Remington 700 trigger.
This is the other side view. We don't have a bolt handle yet and the front has to be cut to length. Someday soon  I hope to have plans for the tooling and the gun available for sale here.
