Curry Noodle Soup
Bean Vermicelli Topped with Crab Meat and Crab

Ingredients
300 g : yellow noodles
100 g : beansprouts
3 no : whole eggs, lightly beaten
1 no : onions, sliced
150 g : prawns, shelled, veined
1 no : tomatoes, cubed
1 no : new potatoes, boiled, skinned, cubed
4 tbsp : frozen green peas
2 no : limes, halved
4 tbsp : vegetable oil
50 ml : water
1 tsp : ve-tsin
2 tbsp : sambal chilli sauce, )
2 tbsp : tomato sauce, ) pre-mix
0.5 tsp : dark soya sauce, )
Preparation
Half cooked the beaten eggs in hot oil. Sauté the sliced
onions and prawns, followed by the
beansprouts and noodles.
Add the premix seasoning and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes. Finally
add the green peas, tomatoes
and potatoes. Serve hot with a squeeze of lime juice.
