James has left re-hab and is doing fine now they can continue work on their new album.

James Hetfeild has entered a re-hab clinic to get over drink and drug addictions, the news has shocked most Metallica fans(inc myself)who thought metallica had grown-up a bit in recent years and left the fast life be-hind them. Lars officially stated that all work are on hold until james has recovered fully.GET WELL SOON JAMES FROM ALL METALLICA FANS OUT THERE.

Metallica have settled all their law suits with the music file sharing service napster. But Napster is pretty shity now that bands have to give permission for their music to be on it.

A year ago ,one time Metallica guitarst Dave Mustaine appeared in a behind the music special on METALLICA. Now on the first of June the MegadetH behind the music was aired and it featured Lars and James. Dave is not angry with his "Former Band" anymore
JUNE 2 KERRANG PROMOTE RUMOR
I said back in April that X-Alice in chains bass player was to replace Jason Newsted. Well a couple of weeks ago Kerrang ran a story saying that they hadnt officially announced he was the replacement but the band were putting him through the trials. Lets hope Jasons Music carrer stays popular because he is THE BEST BASS PLAYER out there....in my opinion.
April 20-METALLICA APPEAR AS 3
Metallica recently attented an x-treme sports and music awards ceromney. This has being the first public appearance by the band since Jasons departure.
April 20-JASON IS REPLACED
I have being told that long time standing bass player in MetallicA Jason Newsted who left banck in Febuary has being replaced by the old ALICE IN CHAINS bass player. I myself cannot find any evidence to support this on any other OFFICIAL SITES so dont take this as correct info.
MARCH 18-METALLICA APPEAR IN PLAYBOY.
Metallica have being interviewed in Aprils edition of PLAYBOY in a rockmusic special. The band made damaging comments about each others professional standards and personality's. James and Jason(who left the band two months after the interview was taken)were at war and Lars insulted James. Kirk appeared to be the only peaceful member of the group. I myself am worried that this next album could be the last from these rock gods.
MARCH 18-LARS ON WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE
You may have already heard this but im just catching up on recent news from the band. Lars appeared with the likes of Gene Simmons on a special chairty W.W.T.B.A.M. show and won $32,000.
MARCH 18-JASON LEAVES METALLICA.
Again you heard. Jason my favorite member of the group is leaving to devote more time to his family and friends but i think well see him back with some side projects. As for the remaning 3, their working on their new album and wont try to fill Jasons bass slot until April.
