CANCELLED IRISH DATES
Through out my life time 1984-present I have loved rock/metal. In recent years I have bought well over £1000 worth of rock merch and cds,tapes and videos. And recently realised im not getting anything back from the bands along with the rest of the irish fans. For one example I own every iron maiden album they ever made and i have them all officially and yet the band dont play in ireland because apperently Dave BOLLOX RE-TARD Murry dosnt like playing in dublin.........THEN FUCK OFF. Get a replacement 4 the wanker. I have never gone to a concert in ireland where half the crowd arnt wearing iron maiden t-shirts, weather it be MEGADETH, CRADLE OF FILTH, DEF LEPPARD, MEAT LOAF or tattoo the planet. Their out in force showing s deffent fan base. Also Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, The Foo Fighters, Papa Roach, The sex Pistols,Limp Bizkit,tattoo the planet and pantera and many more have all cancelled one off gigs in dublin which are also usally sold out(all of which except pantera and the sex pistols were cancelled this year. This total lack of respect from the bands will not stand. We but your albums your t-shits and videos,is relly asking too much for a concert AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR OTHER EUROPEAN DATES.Marilyn Manson, slipknot and papa roach's dates all took place nearly a year after all their other dates. If Bands like Metallica, Megadeth, Cradle of filth, Def leppard plus many more can take their time to come here at the same time as england- (WHICH IS RIGHT BESIDE IRELAND AND PLAYING HERE AT THE SAME TIME AS ENGLAND WOULD SAVE MONEY INSTED OF COMMING BACK FOR ONE SHOW HERE)-then i will try to see them but once a band cancells so close to the show without a good reason i say fuck them. I wont buy their albums or go to their shows anymore.
On the bright side if you buy a ticket in ireland for a rock concert u should think of it as an investment. You will get your money back(because all of them get cancelled) but u will also loses 1.50 on service charge.
