Many people have asked me how I make my layouts. I use Psp7. The bars and stuff are me messing around with the line tool and the rest are results of me messing with different brushes and textures. Here are some of my favorite brush sites to get stuff from. (It is b/c of them that I have the tools to create my layouts, thanks to all who have free brush sites!!)
Have fun ya'll, but remember - the brushes are just the foundation for the graphic design, it's the personal touches you add and the color you bring to them that makes them unique!
