| Technology became more and more important in the development of military. Ever since the mankind started using sticks and rocks, technology has been introduced into military exercises. However, the technology itself cannot gernerate any factor leading towards the victory. Only when the right users using right technology under right strategies and tactics in the right way at the right time may the victory be approached. This rule works all the time. Any intoxication in new weapons or technology does not affect the stragegic level, or even the tactical level, at all. Moreover, any tactical advantage can be easily cancelled by strategic mistakes. Therefore, technology supports the strategical and the tactical decisions and grants the troops capacity of military activities. Without the strategy and tactics, technology itself just makes no sense. |
