The following transcripts are the public record of my legal proceedings. In order to tell my story about my conviction which resulted in a sentence of 31.3 years despite the fact I had no prior criminal record, I feel I must share with the world what would otherwise be collecting dust in a remote courthouse in Eastern Kentucky.
In many ways my case is strikingly similar to the Tulia, Texas case. Corruption of law enforcement officers and the lacking of justice in the criminal justice system where perjury appears to be an acceptable means to the end are common threads.
I urge you to read the supporting documents and become active in the efforts to end the war on drugs which is destroying our country.
