| I created this site to display the astrophotos that I have taken since getting my start into this hobby in 2003. My first astrophotos were of the planets and moon using a webcam. I have since migrated to using a Canon 300D/Digital Rebel at prime focus on either a homebuilt 8 inch newtonian or an Orion 80ED refractor. The webcam is still used for planetary imaging and as an autoguider when imaging with the modified 300D. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed capturing them. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
