| Leona Margaret Dushane was the first child born to Albert William Dushane and Pansy Nevilla Dove on June 29,1921 in Marquette, Michigan. We don't know much about Leona's life. Albert and Pansy divorced and at some point Leona left Marquette. In September of 2000, we located Brian Freehan who was also researching the Dushane family online. Brian is Leona's son. We learned that Leona joined the United States Army where she met and married Edwin Gregory Freehan. They married in Phoenix City, Alabama on March 30, 1942. They had two children, Brian and Linda. Leona and her husband died on May 22, 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona. |
