PURPOSE

To service activities among the youth of the community which will develop the individual qualities of LEADERSHIP, EXPERIENCE, and OPPORTUNITY, To Unite its members in friendship, fellowship and mutual understanding.

OBJECTS
(i) To make available to Lions Clubs whereby they may serve the need of youths in their respective areas.
(ii) To provide the youth of the world an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national and international community.
(iii) To promote service activities amongst the youth of the community which will develop the individual qualities of leadership, experience and opportunity to unite its members in friendship, fellowship and mutual understanding.
(iv) To divert the vast energies of youth towards the constructive activities.
(v) To stimulate among its member acceptance of high ethical standards.
(vi) To develop Leadership.
(vii) To provide and opportunity to promote international understanding.
