Convertor KOI8 <-> CP1251 <-> DOS866 (23K) for Windows 95/NT It was written in VB4 and you would need three VB-DLL files (0.5 Mb). |

library was designed by Dr. Leonid F. Madorsky in
1991-94. The tables of Cyrillic letters (Russian,
Ukranian and Belorussian) are developed in CP-1251
standard and produced in TTF-form. The jewels of this
Library are unique nonletter font ChessMadorsky
(specially for chess-checkers literature publishers) and
Language & Decorate Styles Fonts (as example, for any
sort of advertisements and booklets publishers, etc.).
