Main Talking Points

One is the fact that Liverpool and Chelsea, two English teams, have been drawn together. They were also last years semi finalists agaisnt each other. This also applies to AC Milan and PSV Eindhoven.

New Teams

There are two new teams making their Champions League debut. Artmedia Bratislava, who beat Celtic 5-0 are going to compete as are Norwegian team Thun. They are semi-professional nine year old team who many are expecting to not get past the group stages. It's going to be tough with teams like Inter Milan and Arsenal in their groups but as we saw last season with Liverpool, you can never say never.

Who are going to be the winners?

Saying right now is impossible, but bookies are saying that the likes of Barcelona, Chelsea, AC Milan, Real Madrid and Juventus are the teams that you should expect to see come close or win. However as we've seen in the previous two seasons you can't always make correct guesses.
