Throughout the event, we had several seminars and schools as well.

At the very first day, District Governor had a little talk on leadership is effectiveness...

During the second day, after breakfast, we had two seminar which is Leadership Within and Stress Management.

Leadership Within was kind of boring, however, the stress management was still okay. We had a stress therapy session. During all these talks, we crapz alot, and also busy playing BINGO! childish uhh? but serious, we were kind of bored.

At the end of it, Jun Hoe complains quite a lot about it. ^^ So, I think to Jun Hoe, all this motivation talks doesn't work on him! ehehhehe.. Jun Hoe also admitted he is NOT interested at any reality live TV program besides American Idol!

Do you guys really think they are concentrating during the seminar???

Seminar on "Leadership Within". We also had "Stress Management" that has a therapy.
