Reflection

Sitting by the river side, I am drawn to reflect
Reflect about a sweet angel in my life
An angel that is so special to me
What can I do to help ease the wonders

Like the roses dressed in their majestic robes
People think they are so special and associate them to their feelings
Am I so different thinking that a lily is as wonderful
When I think of my little angel, I think of this lily

Do not despair and think you are so different than others
In your own ways, you are such a beauty
You learn from watching and listening
Your heart is wide open for the neediest people

Your smile that you carry every day sure makes me feel good
The worries I may carry disappear as you walk in my life
I regain all energy to carry on this wonderful day
I am ready to face anything.  Thanks my angel

I sometimes look in your eyes and see the frustrations
You find it hard not to be like the roses
All I can tell you is that you are the most beautiful lily
I just wish I could be granted the perfect solution to help

I have so much faith in you.  One day, you will notice
And be proud of what you are
Never forget where you come from and who you are
Never forget to thank the most important person in your life

The little lily I was given to take care of is very special
She possess the best quality anyone may want
Politeness, caring, loving, and most of all determination
I just wish I could have these within myself

What a wonderful lily I was given to take care of
Look up and appreciate who gave you all these
You learned well from your mother plant
Always carry those seeds within yourself

Never let anyone tell you that you are different
Because you are and be proud of it
You might not have the majestic robe of the rose
But yours is more beautiful, white and simple as the angels

Stand up with pride, rise up your head
And show the world your beauty
As the soft wind blow, you are flexible
Cause you learned to adapt well with your environment

Who am I to give you a lesson of life
I learn more from you than from the deep philosophers
I leave you only one lesson to carry on in your life
Be always as determine as I see you now

Give your heart to those that love you
Let them appreciate your interior beauty
Brighten up the life of everyone
Share your smile with others so they can carry on

Never despair because there is a small hill to cross over
I have faith in you that you will succeed
Never forget to thank those that touch your life
As little it may seems, it means the world to them

Soon my sweet little lily, I will have to let you go
Pass the torch to someone else to guide you
I will always remember your little stop over
And how I was blessed to walk this path with you

The main torch in your life will remain
The source of your life, the great teaching you had
The main example you should follow
Always go back to this torch to refresh yourself

You may feel the road is rough sometimes
But your roots will always be there to help and guide you
Walk with them along this path and the storm will be soon
A blue sky of joy and happiness

I share with you some little knowledge
Which will allow you to make them grow inside
Carry my biggest seed with you always
Respect others like you want to be respected

I might not see how wonderful you would become
But inside me I will carry the memories
Of a wonderful white magnificent lily
Full of energy to share with the world

Stand strong and let the torch brighten your surrounding
Be an example of great success
Prove everyone how majestic you can be
You are one of the best
