Angel of mine

On a hot summer day, an angel came to me
Blonde hair, blue eyes, soft skin as a rose
I embraced her with a warm heart
Her presence inspired peace and love

Over the years, I helped guide my sweet angel
Now grown up but still conveys the same initial feelings
My red rose has now bloomed
To fragrance my life with her spirit and happiness

Watching over one another
