All the animals, and human beeing as well, are equiped for their lifes with ability to fight for the life. When the animal get scared it is either running away or fighting. And thats what we call stress reaction. It is the fight also call "fight or die". Any little attack against our body is recognized by our brains as a try to kill us, to interrupt our integrity. Even the surgical procedure is a attack against the body and thats why the human beeing is reacting that way.
In this lesson I am trying to let you understand how the body is reacting during the surgery and how can we influence this reaction. |
