Lasagne
This was my first attempt at cooking something other than a frozen pizza in this oven (I cooked all the time in G'ville, but this is a different altitude, and the oven is electric as opposed to propane). I was pleasantly suprised by the outcome, as was Anson (as testified by the empty plate in the lower right). We managed to finish off the whole thing in about two days. yum. This was also the first time I'd ever put the right amount of mozzerella in it (we always used less for some reason), and I added some Morningstar veggie burger crumble. It was really good.
